Adam Powell joined Strata in September 2022 as a maintenance planner and quickly demonstrated strong technical and organizational skills. In January 2024, he was promoted to operations supervisor before moving into his current role as inventory management specialist in 2025. In this position, Adam facilitates, tracks and manages component rebuilds and equipment maintenance while overseeing inventory usage and performance. He also works closely with customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
With 10 years of experience, Adam brings expertise in metal fabrication, electrical systems and machining. His well-rounded technical background and commitment to precision allow him to support Strata’s operations.
Adam is an MSHA-certified electrician and holds a welding certificate. He continues to expand his skills in equipment maintenance and inventory management.
