Warehouse Supervisor

Deybin Escorcia began his career with North American Coal in December 2004 as a warehouse technician, gaining valuable experience at both the Sabine Mine and North American Mining within the warehouse department. Over the years, he advanced into leadership roles, serving as lead warehouse technician, fill-in supervisor and, most recently, warehouse supervisor in 2025. In his current role, Deybin manages inventory across multiple Florida locations. He leads warehouse operations, including traffic and distribution, while overseeing a team of seven warehouse technicians and ensuring accurate system records and inventory control.

With 19 years of experience, Deybin brings deep expertise in inventory control, warehouse operations and logistics. His dedication to precision and leadership ensures efficient operations that support the company’s success.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Florida International University, a management leadership certificate from Florida International University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in supply chain management at Nova Southeastern University.
